r.Profi® N5 is a semi-rigid, high-parameter mineral wool board without cladding. The mineral wool has excellent mechanical and soundproofing properties, as well as high temperature resistance (up to 450 °C). The arrangement of mineral wool fibers and density adapted to dedicated applications translate into the flexibility of the product while maintaining thermal insulation, mechanical and soundproofing properties.

Application

r.Profi® N5 board is designed for thermal and acoustic insulation of vertical and horizontal elements of technical installations for which insulation flexibility and stability are required. Typical applications are the insulation of equipment and surfaces operating at high temperatures of up to 450 °C and the insulation of elements which have curved surfaces, such as walls of tanks.

Packaging

The product is packed in the form of parcels wrapped in heavy-duty LDPE film. The packages are horizontally stacked on a pallet. In addition, the packed pallet is wrapped in stretch film. Such a way of packing effectively protects the product from damage and dirt during transport and during storage operations.
